Humboldt Mining Company is advancing the Prunty Mine through selective sampling, mine rehabilitation, metallurgical evaluation, and ore-marketing work. Technical detail available to qualified parties under confidentiality.
The Prunty Mine has been worked intermittently since 1905 for gold, silver, copper, and antimony. Humboldt Mining's current program is focused on selective exposure of mineralized vein material, systematic sampling supported by accredited laboratories, metallurgical testing, and a defined commercial pathway for ore.
Channel, grab, and bulk samples of vein, adit, and historic dump material, verified by accredited independent laboratories with umpire cross-checks on selected samples.
Bulk samples submitted to an independent metallurgical laboratory have demonstrated amenability to standard gravity concentration and cyanidation processing methods on the material tested.
Most recent NDEP-BMRR compliance inspection (August 2025) closed with no items of concern. Active MSHA mine ID and written HazCom program in place.
Assay certificates, the metallurgical report, mine plans, sampling maps, and compliance documentation are available to qualified investors, ore buyers, contractors, and regulators upon request, under appropriate confidentiality terms.
